Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok (RMUTTO) is a public comprehensive university located in the heart of Bangkok, Thailand, and it has been ranked among the top five universities in Thailand by the Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, Thailand (MHESI) for 11 Consecutive years. The university was founded in 1903 and is under the jurisdiction of the MHESl. RMUTTO consists of four campuses and one branch campus,namely Bang Phra Chonburi, Chakrabongse Bhuvanarthn Campus, Uthen Thawai Campus, Chanthaburi Campus and the Agricultural Research institute Campus. With a total area of 237,200 square metres and an enrolment of more than 13,000 students, RMUTTO enjoys the distinction of having a member of the Thai royal family officiate at its graduation ceremony and award degrees. The school was originally established to give Thai students the opportunity to learn about other cultures and to facilitate foreigners' access to Thai culture (Thai students attend classes together with international students), and is taught in foreign languages (in Chinese, English and Thai ) by both foreign and Thai teachers.
