The Origin of Boya
"Boya" is named from the ancient story of "Boya and Ziqi" who met their confidant in a high mountain and flowing water during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Waming States Period of China.
Boya was good at playing the guzheng, and Zhong Ziqi was good at listening. When Boya was playing the guzheng, he thought of the mountains, and Zhong Ziqi said, "Wow! lt's like the majestic Mount Tai standing in front of me!"When Boya was playing the guzheng, he thought of running water, and Zhong Ziqi said, "Wow, the sound of the zither is like a galloping river flowing through my heart!"No matter what Boya thinks in his heart, Zhong Ziqi can accurately express his thoughts. After Zhong Ziqi's death, Boya thought that there would be no more best friend in the world, so he smashed his favorite guzheng and never played it again for the rest of his life.
Boya earnestly implements and responds to General Secretary Xi Jinping's call to tell Chinese stories well and spread Chinese culture. We, who are self-proclaimed Boya, are looking for like-minded friend like Ziqi at home and abroad.
