Cooperative Education Japan Programme for college students in Japan is an educational and cultural exchange program approved by the Japanese Ministry of Justice to recruit corporate interns from abroad. Since 2008, local Japanese companies have started recruiting interns for Japanese related majors in Chinese universities, with an internship period of 3 months. Before entering China, this project had already been carried out in other countries and regions around the world, and was in line with the talent cultivation plan and internship practice of Chinese universities. After the project is completed, students will receive an excellent intern training certificate issued by the internship company. This project not only enables students to experience the management mode of Japanese enterprises, understand Culture of Japan, improve their Japanese level, broaden their international vision, but also lays a solid foundation for students who are willing to study or work in Japan in the future.

3、 Job Position

Basic service related work, such as hotel front desk/guest room, catering staff, banquet preparation, kitchen work, gift sales, sales assistant, customer service, cashier, shopping guide, ground handling reception, facility staff, etc. Match students' language abilities with the job requirements of the enterprise.

4、 Salary and welfare benefits

The hourly salary is 800 to 1100 yen (approximately 50 to 70 yuan/hour), and overtime is generally paid at 125%. During the internship, we purchased Japanese National health insurance and overseas travel comprehensive insurance (the maximum coverage is 1 million yuan) for students, and the enterprise irregularly organized students to participate in 1-2 days of cultural experience activities.

5、 Food and accommodation

Intern companies provide free employee dormitories, and some offer lunch and dinner (excluding breakfast, with each meal costing approximately 100 yen per meal).

6、 Project Safety

Japan has a world-renowned good public security environment. Enterprises that receive students for internships need to be supervised by the Ministry of Justice of the Japanese government. During the internship, they can enjoy Japanese National health insurance, comprehensive insurance for overseas travel (1 million yuan coverage), etc.Before students go to Japan, safety education will be conducted. Teachers will pay full attention to the dynamics of students during their stay in Japan, and teachers from various universities will visit, establish safety and emergency handling mechanisms, and ensure students' safety throughout.
