Training for Fortune 500 Enterprises

On August 20, 2022, more than thirty teachers and students from Xingyi Ethnic Normal University and Anshun University were excited to start a one week training course on "Finance and Leadership" for Manulife Group, a Fortune 500 enterprise. The students were divided into groups of six, each guided by two corporate mentors for practical training. Through a week of practical training, students expressed that under the guidance of corporate mentors, they not only learned rich practical knowledge and practical experience in the workplace, but also had full expectations and confidence in their future career.

Course study of City University of Macau

On August 24, 2022, students started the course of "Education and Humanities" at the main campus of City University of Macau. The courses learned include "Overview of the Development of Patriotic Life Education in Macao", "Education Leadership and Education Management", "Informatization Teaching Evaluation - Theory and Practice", "Career Cognition and Career Career development of College Students", etc. The above courses are taught by high-level teachers from the School of Education of City University of Macau. Through learning, students not only have a deep understanding of the history, education, economy, culture, and other aspects of "One Country, Two Systems" and the Macao Special Administrative Region, but also have a deeper understanding of the fields of education and humanities, as well as the professional knowledge they have learned.

During this period, students visited Lotus Square in Macao and felt the solemn atmosphere; Visited the Macau National Friendship Museum, learned about the origin of "one country, two systems", and cultivated a sense of identity and belonging among young teachers and students towards the motherland; Visited the Handover Gifts Museum of Macao, learned about the returning gifts given to Macao from all over the country, and felt the characteristics of the eastern and western regional cultures of Macao.

On August 29, 2022, the 14 day tour of the famous universities and enterprises in City University of Macau was drawing to a close. More than 30 students reported their graduation in groups, and all of them were awarded graduation certificates by City University of Macau. At the same time, the leaders and teachers of City University of Macau, Mr. Chen of Xingyi Normal University for Nationalities, and Mr. Hu of Anshun University jointly served as the judges, and finally 12 outstanding students were selected and awarded Letter of recommendation issued by professors.

As a window for the integration of Chinese and Western cultures, Macau has inherent advantages in developing internationalization of higher education. The purpose of this research and training project for renowned universities and enterprises in Macau is to rely on the internationalization, institutionalization, and localization of Macau's higher education system, to help students expand their international perspective and improve their cross-cultural communication and exchange abilities through high-quality international educational resources. At the same time, by strengthening exchanges between teachers and students in Macau and mainland China, we aim to enhance the friendship and mutual trust between young students in Macau and mainland China, and stimulate the patriotism and love for Macau among these students.

On August 30, 2022, Boya International Education, City University of Macau, Xingyi Normal University for Nationalities, and Anshun College jointly held a 14 day "Research and Training Program for Famous Universities and Enterprises in City University of Macau". The students unanimously expressed that this activity has yielded great results and had a profound impact on them. Not only has it broadened their horizons, but it has also stimulated their fighting spirit to continue working hard and actively enterprising!
