A thousand mile trip begins with one step. It's a great honor to be an undergraduate to get the opportunity to go to the University of Macau for exchange and study, and I am also very grateful to the school and Boya International Education for providing us with this valuable journey. This learning journey was full of gains and surprises. It not only broadened my horizons, but also made me personally feel a higher level of academic exchange. There are people outside of people, and there are mountains outside of mountains. Our step should be to constantly challenge ourselves, surpass ourselves, and ultimately realize our own life value in the pursuit of excellence. This trip, fulfilling and looking forward to, has benefited me greatly. On my first visit to the city of Macau, I was deeply attracted by its unique scenery, surrounded by the sea on all sides, with towering bridges spanning the sea, resembling dragons and towering skyscrapers. What surprised me the most was the cleanliness of the road environment, with no waste paper visible. This not only impressed me with the local management system, but also aroused my curiosity about this lotus city. There, I felt the hospitality of University of Macau, attached great importance to this exchange and study, invited qualified teachers, and made full preparations and epidemic prevention measures. Of course, what truly impressed me was just beginning. At the opening ceremony, both the host and the teacher communicated in English throughout the entire process. When the teaching professor gave us a lecture, I felt completely bewildered because the courseware materials and the teacher's content were all in pure English, which was undoubtedly a huge challenge for me. But I didn't give up either. I tried to follow the teacher's words and didn't know how to translate the content on my phone. So, in a frantic morning, we ended our first class. Although the process was quite difficult, I enjoyed the whole process very much. One of Professor Liu Dingji's words left a vivid impression on me“ English is now the internationally recognized language, and only by continuously training in such a high-intensity environment can we better improve Indeed, the short course of a few days has made a slight improvement in my English proficiency, and through the content taught by the teacher, I have broadened my horizons and learned more about the research achievements in the field of "medicine and health science" both domestically and internationally. It has made me secretly strive to become an excellent talent like them. In the blink of an eye, we also welcomed the end of this exchange and learning. During the closing report class, we had a positive discussion with our senior classmates, felt different discussion ideas, and also strengthened our team's emotions. She has been enthusiastic and patient in helping us with the problems we encountered there, and has also explained a lot about the cultural history of Macau to us. I should have more strict requirements on myself.
